Eve Shkoler

Soprano

Eve Shkoler is a young Israeli soprano whose musical journey began in 2009 as a pianist at the Ashkelon Conservatory. From 2017 to 2023, she studied classical voice at the High School of the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance under the mentorship of Bibiana Goldental (voice) and Shimrit Carmi (coaching).

During these formative years, Eve was a lead singer with the acclaimed Ankor Choir, conducted by Dafna Ben-Yohanan. With the choir, she regularly performed alongside the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra and at nationally significant venues such as Yad Vashem. Her performances have taken her to international stages in Japan and Germany.

In 2022, she appeared as a soloist in Gabriel Fauré’s Requiem with the academy’s symphony orchestra and was selected to perform during the official visit of U.S. President Joe Biden at Yad Vashem. That same year, she was chosen for the Ministry of Education and Mishkenot Sha’ananim’s program for outstanding young vocalists.

Eve won the Jerusalem Academy Conservatory Concerto Competition in 2023 and subsequently began her Bachelor of Music studies at the Buchmann-Mehta School of Music at Tel Aviv University. She is currently studying under Professor Sharon Rostorf-Zamir, with vocal coaching by Rodica Haim-Talpaz. Eve frequently appears as a soloist in faculty recitals and is an active member of the Israeli Opera Choir.

She is a recipient of the 2024 America-Israel Cultural Foundation (Sharett) scholarship and the 2024 Excellence Scholarship from Tel Aviv University.
